Dual-Blind Reviews

Both reviews are hidden until both are submitted

This prevents retaliation and encourages honest feedback from both sides.

1. Booking Completes

After the client approves delivery, both parties are invited to leave reviews.

2. Review Window

Both client and photographer have a set number of days to submit their review, counted from when the booking completes.

3. Reviews Revealed

Once both reviews are in (or when the review window closes), they're published simultaneously.

Common Questions

Can I edit my review after submitting?

No. A review can't be changed once it's submitted, so check it before you send it. Once both reviews are revealed, they're final.

What if I receive an unfair review?

You can respond publicly to any review. If a review violates our guidelines (offensive content, false claims), you can report it for removal.

Do reviews affect my visibility?

Yes. Higher-rated photographers appear higher in search results. Consistently great reviews also earn you badges like 'Client Favorite'.
